2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

• Stitching & Fabric: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics (Lawn, Khaddar, Cotton, Linen) accurately. However, your screen display may vary slightly from the actual product color.

• Sizes: We provide suits from Small to XXXL. Please refer to our size chart before ordering; manual measurements may have a slight 1-inch variance.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

• Verification: We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or where contact information is unreachable.

• COD: For Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the full amount to the rider upon arrival. Refusing a parcel without a valid reason may result in being blacklisted from future orders.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including images of our stitched suits, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Azhar Muhana. Use of our brand name or imagery for commercial purposes by third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your WhatsApp number (0317 2940125), you consent to receive order updates and occasional promotional messages.

6. Limitation of Liability

Azhar Muhana shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier services, strikes, or natural disasters. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be the purchase price of that product.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Karachi.
