At Azhar Muhana, we strive to deliver your stitched suits as quickly and safely as possible. We ship all over Pakistan from our main outlet in Karachi.

1. Delivery Timelines

• Karachi Orders: Delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivered within 6–7 business days.

• Remote Areas: Delivered within 8–10 business days.

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 300 for delivery nationwide.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

We offer COD for your convenience. Please note the following industry-standard rules for Pakistan:

• No Open-Parcel Policy: As per courier company regulations (TCS, Leopards, etc.), customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider.

• Verification: For high-value orders or first-time customers, our team may contact you via WhatsApp (03172940125) or phone call to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier’s website to see exactly where your parcel is.

5. Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make at least two attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure your provided phone number is active. If the parcel is returned to our Saddar store due to non-availability or an incorrect address, a re-delivery charge may apply.
